Welcome to the Casual Reviewer! I've always had a little dream to become a movie reviewer and I'm finally kick starting it halfway through 2024! I love a wide variety of movies. Anything from the guilty pleasures like Twilight, to the surrealist artsy stuff like Poor Things. I especially love A24 vibes. I don't have any education in film beyond YouTube video essays and there are some classics I haven't seen which might revoke my "film buff" license 😅 but I'm working on catching up! I just love film and I think we are at a really big turning point in Hollywood that will be very interesting to watch be reflected in the coming releases. Join me in my journey while I watch some movies for the first time and hear my thoughts on rewatches of others. Thank you to any who do :)
